This is one of the challenging architecture projects, as the plot opens up on the main road and falls in the Mani Bhavan Precinct. The scope of space was limited, but we successfully managed the scope of work. The building is facing the main road. Thus we planned balconies on the facade for visual breaks. These balconies gave also opened up doors to decorate the facade with some greenery. As the building was restricted to eight floors, we highlighted the facade with Metal frames & beautiful placements of lights.
