The concept was to create a light diffuser that would allow diffused light to penetrate whilst reducing glare. The hexagon is subdivided into its most basic form, a triangular grid. Within this grid, a component is created that can be modified according to the direction of light, creating a specific design that would allow light to penetrate from one direction while diffusing it in all others. Visually the design mimics the rays of light penetrating the room.
