Located in the peaceful Hindu Colony, the project has scenic views on the east and the west side, i.e. front and back of the plot. The other challenge was that the property has roads on both sides. To optimise the view and have east-west facing apartments, the elevation is designed to have two flats per floor well separated by the core in between. Since Hindu Colony has lush green surroundings, the building’s colour palette is white with wooden elements. This does not only complements the surrounding but also gives and earthy natural blend to the building.
