While the cities’ skylines are changing, we believe that there is a need for preserving the greens. Paavan is a redevelopment project with one such ancient tree in the parameters of the building. The elevation design is in away that would retain the tree, optimise the space and utilise terrace for open space with more greens around. The contemporary design, clean lines and symmetrical plan gives a crown shape to the elevation from bottom to the top.
