Shiv Kiran is a set of twin towers condominium, setting a new benchmark for residential development in Worli. They pursue the twin principles of humanising and democratising the high-rise. The facade is conceived as a series of units that express themselves like pigeon holes. The project is an affirmation of design as a means to ‘surprise and delight’. Two towers, oriented north-south & east-west respectively, with single-loaded corridors, ensure that all the units are shared equally without compromising on the beauty of the site.
