This condominium offers an urban resort lifestyle with compact unit plans. The master plan involves residential towers, a retail mall, an office component. To attract buyers and balance the unit sizes, we strategised a green theme to the project to provide residents with generous amenities. The elevation is planned with landscaped sky terraces and suspended facilities at mid-building.
